How to book


You must book transport at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance by telephone on 0477/92.68.08 or by emailing

If we can’t answer your call right away, leave a message on our voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible to arrange your transport.

For transport jobs booked short notice, a surcharge of 8€ will be applied.

What are our operating hours?

Our transport service is available every day including Sundays and public holidays, subject to availability from existing bookings.
In the rare case that we cannot help you with wheelchair transportation we work together with the mobility centre to make sure you get to your required destination.

Who can book?
  • people with reduced mobility
  • people with a walker
  • wheelchair users in manual or electric wheelchair and scooters
  • blind and visually impaired

If you are unable to travel alone, we welcome one companion to travel  with you free of charge.  More than one companion?  Any additional places are charged at the standard transport rate for passengers without a wheelchair.

Please tell us how many companion spots you require when you make your booking.

Is there any charge for waiting time?

The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes free of charge during your
journey.  Any further waiting time is charged in blocks of 15 minutes.

Please let us know when booking if you need to include driver waiting time in your transport.

Need to cancel?

That’s fine.  Our cancellation policy is: 

  • Up to 12 hours before your journey: free of charge
  • Between 12 and 3 hours before your journey: cancellation fee of 8€ applies
  • Less than 3 hours before journey, or no-show: the full journey charge will be payable to the carrier
What payment types are accepted?

Most journeys are paid for in cash on arrival at the destination.  In certain cases, it might be possible to pay by bank transfer within 14 calendar days. If the invoice has not been paid or paid late, an administrative fee will be charged. Please ask for more details.
