Article 1 applications

Current terms and conditions apply to all offers,
commitments and agreements with MdF Mobility C.A., subject to our
prior and written deviations have been communicated in writing.
These terms are considered formal and express
accepted by our customers.

Article 2 Quotations

Offers and prices from MdF Mobility C.A. are always
without obligation. The quotations are always drawn up on the basis of the data
provided by the customer, valid for 7 days at the latest. If the actual
exported quantities or conditions during the execution of the
services differ from those provided for in the agreement
there is a price adjustment.
MdF Mobility C.A. revises its general rates annually on 1 January. MdF
Mobility C.A. is entitled to charge the rates charged to the customer
increase by a percentage by which its general rates as of that date
are being increased.

Article 3 conditions

You have the right to cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the transport. Last
minute bookings (<48h) are not covered by this condition.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the reserved time of your transport
half of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 4 hours
before the reserved time or no show, you must pay the full
sum of the transport due.

Article 4 complaints

All complaints regarding invoices or services must be sent by registered letter
to be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

Article 5 Liability

MdF Mobility C.A. is insured for all its clients and this from door to door.
Transport is the responsibility of the customer, but MdF

Article 6 Payment

All clients must pay after receipt of the invoice and within the
specified expiration date. If the client has to pay in cash at the start of

separate from such agreement are managed solely by MdF
Mobility C.A.

Article 8 jurisdiction

Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions. All
disputes fall without exception within the competence of the
tribunals and the justice of the peace of the places of the civic
