How to book?
Reservations
A service must be booked at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. This can be done by telephone at 015/79 34 22 or via email at bo*****@md*********.be If the line is busy or remains unanswered, you can leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. If you book less than 48 hours in advance, an administrative fee of €8 will be charged automatically.
AVAILABILITY
At MdF Mobility C.A., our transport service is at your disposal every day, taking into account our occupation. You can also count on us on Sundays and public holidays. In the rare cases where we cannot help you directly, especially with specific wheelchair transport, we work together with the mobility center.
This cooperation enables us to ensure that the trip you have requested can take place, with the necessary support and accessibility.
OUR TARGET GROUP
Our target audience consists of individuals of all ages, both young and old. We provide services to a diverse group of people with varying mobility needs. Specifically, our services focus on:
- People with a rollator, where we provide support and transport to ensure their mobility and convenience.
- Wheelchair users, whether dependent on a manual or electric wheelchair, can count on us for reliable and accessible transportation. We also provide support to individuals who use scooters for their mobility needs.
- We are expanding our services to people who are blind or visually impaired, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to ensure safe and comfortable transportation experiences.
At MdF Mobility C.A., we are committed to inclusiveness and strive to meet the diverse mobility needs of our target audience. Our team is committed to providing personalized assistance and reliable transportation services to improve the mobility and independence of everyone we serve.
ASSISTANT / GUIDANCE
For wheelchair transport, 1 companion can come along for free. We understand the importance of a companion for support and assistance during the trip. Please advise in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
In cases where there is more than one additional person or attendant accompanying the passenger, additional seats will be charged at the standard transportation rate. This way we can allocate the right space and resources to comfortably accommodate everyone.
We strive to provide inclusive and accessible transportation solutions for our passengers and their companions. If you have specific requirements or questions about the facilitation of additional persons, please feel free to contact us.
Our team is on hand to support you and ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
For passengers who require the assistance of a service dog, we understand the importance of their presence during the journey. Assistance dogs are welcome to accompany their owners free of charge. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by an assistance dog so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable and safe travel experience.
At MdF Mobility C.A., we strive to provide inclusive and accessible transportation solutions for all individuals, including those who rely on service dogs for assistance. We value the well-being and independence of our passengers and are committed to meeting their specific needs.

WAITING TIMES?
Our assistants are flexible and can accommodate waiting times before or during a ride. Please note, however, that a waiting fee is applied per quarter of an hour started.
The first 15 minutes of waiting time will not be charged. It is important to communicate any expected waiting time in advance when booking a transport service.
CANCEL?
You have the option to cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Please note that last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of travel are not eligible for this cancellation policy.
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged. If canceled less than 8 hours before the scheduled time or if you do not show up, the full amount of the service will be charged.
Please make sure to notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking to avoid unnecessary charges.
PAYMENTS?
Payment must be made by bank transfer with a payment term of 14 calendar days.
In the event of non-payment or late payment of the invoice, administration costs will be charged. In some cases cash payment directly to the assistant is possible.
